Introducing Claire O'Connor
The surgery staff members are pleased to welcome Claire O'Connor to the Team. Claire will take over from Angela in the role of Practice Manager.
Claire will be shadowing Angela over the next 4 weeks until Angela leaves on the 29th September.

Chronic Disease Annual Review
Invites for Annual Review will be sent by post or text this year.
Patient who require bloods will be asked to make a blood only appointment 1 week prior to their review. Blood ONLY appointments are available 8am-10am Monday and Wednesday and 8.30am- 10am Friday.
Telephone, VC (video conference) and face to face appointments are available for chronic disease annual reviews. Please inform the receptionist or nurse which option you would prefer.

New Telephone Systerm
New telephone system is now operational
When you call you will be given 2 options.
Option 1 is for our new prescription line, where you can confidentially leave your details and the details of the medication you require.
Option 2 is to speak to reception for all other enquires.
Attend Anywhere - Video Consultations
The practice plans to offer video consultation for patients as an alternative to telephone and face to face appointments. At the moment these appointments are ONLY open to patients who have been given an attend anywhere appointment by the GP or nurse. We plan to extend this option during 2021-2022.
Use the link below to access your VC appointment on the date and time given to you by the GP or nurse. You will be connected and asked to wait in a virtual waiting room until the GP or nurse is ready to take your call.
